Every order ships in plain, discreet outer packaging. Inside, compounds are sealed and cushioned in our signature black and gold presentation to protect them in transit.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Any duties or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

If a vial arrives damaged, leaking, or is not the compound you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

For research integrity, products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned or resold. We cannot accept these back, regardless of whether they have been used.

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions; items must be shipped back before a refund is issued.
